Clearform.co and www.clearform.co are operated by Clearform Creative LLC. Clearform is our umbrella brand for Creative, Labs, and Sites. References to “we,” “us,” and “our” in these terms mean Clearform Creative LLC.

These terms apply to your use of this informational website. By using the website, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. They do not replace an agreement you enter into for paid services or a particular software product.

Browsing the site, viewing a product preview, or sending an inquiry does not book a project, start a subscription, or create a payment obligation. Service descriptions and examples help explain our work; the scope and commitments for a particular project are established in its accepted written agreement.

Creative. Photography, video, drone production, and related services are governed by the terms and project documents provided for that booking. See Clearform Creative’s service terms.

Sites. Website design, development, hosting, and maintenance require an accepted proposal, scope of work, or service agreement identifying deliverables, fees, payment timing, ownership and licensing, third-party costs, and any ongoing support. Recurring services, renewal and cancellation arrangements, backups, and handoff responsibilities must be agreed in writing. The photography and video terms do not automatically apply to a Sites engagement.

Labs. Each app or software product has its own availability, features, privacy information, and applicable license or service terms. Those product-specific terms and any applicable platform terms govern use of that product. A preview does not guarantee a release date or that every displayed feature is available.

Website text, design, branding, photographs, videos, software demonstrations, and other materials belong to Clearform Creative LLC or their respective owners or licensors. Third-party names, logos, and product interfaces remain the property of their owners. Showing a project does not transfer ownership of the client’s brand or imply an endorsement beyond the relationship described.

You may view the site and share links to it. Except as permitted by law or with the relevant rights holder’s permission, you may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit its protected materials. No license to project deliverables, source files, software, or client assets is granted merely by visiting the website.

Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, bypass security controls, disrupt the service, impersonate another person, or use the website to infringe someone’s rights. We may restrict access reasonably necessary to address misuse or security threats.

Links may take you to separate Clearform services, client websites, app platforms, or other third-party sites. Those destinations have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control independent third-party websites and cannot guarantee their availability or content.

Screenshots and project examples show particular versions and may differ from a current live product. Demonstration data is identified where used. We may update website descriptions and examples as products and services change.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle website information and inquiries. Contact links open your email application; a message is sent only when you send it.

Only send materials you have the right to share. An initial inquiry does not create a confidentiality agreement. If a project requires confidential disclosures, contact us to arrange appropriate terms before sending them. Personal information remains subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

We aim to keep the website useful and accurate, but it may contain errors or become temporarily unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, this informational website is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Confirm project requirements and product features with us before relying on them.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this informational website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, limits non-waivable consumer rights, or changes obligations in an accepted service or product agreement.

California law governs these website terms, subject to any mandatory rights and protections that apply where you live. If you have a concern about the website or these terms, contact us so we can try to resolve it.

We may update these terms and will show the revised date on this page. Material changes will be identified by a notice on the website or another appropriate method when required. Updated website terms do not retroactively change an accepted project agreement, product license, or subscription.
