Clearform is an umbrella brand operated by Clearform Creative LLC. Clearform.co introduces our creative services, software products, and website services through Creative, Labs, and Sites. Clearform Creative LLC is responsible for the personal information described in this policy.
This policy covers clearform.co, www.clearform.co, and inquiries about this website and its offerings. It does not replace the privacy notices that apply when you use a separate product or service, including Clearform Creative, Rent, and The Felt. Their notices explain their own data practices.
Information we receive
Information you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address, name if provided, message, attachments, and any company, project, or support details you choose to include. We also receive the correspondence needed to respond and follow up. Please avoid sending passwords, payment-card details, or sensitive personal records in an initial inquiry.
Technical information. Our hosting and security providers may process your IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, referring information, timestamps, and error or security logs to deliver and protect the website.
Contact links open your email application. Clicking a link does not submit a message to us; you decide whether to send it. This website currently has no inquiry submission form, public account registration, or checkout.
How we use information

Email. Our email forwarding and mailbox providers process messages and attachments to deliver, store, and help us respond to correspondence. The info@clearform.co address forwards to our business inbox. Email correspondence may be accessed by people helping us handle your inquiry or deliver the services you request, where needed for that work.
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or valid legal process, protect rights and security, or address fraud or abuse. Information may also be transferred as part of a business reorganization or sale, subject to applicable privacy obligations. We will update this policy and provide any legally required notice if responsibility for your information changes.
We do not sell personal information collected through this website or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Retention and security
